2001 Infiniti I30. How do I test for open circuit in fuel injector or ignition coil harness?

For the fuel injector you can check for resistance with a multimeter, if there is no resistance the injector is bad. Before you check the the harness, check coil 6 for misfire.

You can check it by pulling out the coil and spark plug when the car is off, put a spark plug in the ignition coil point it directly at the intake manifold (dont hold it or touch it, it can shock you) and you can start the car and see if there is a spark. if there is no spark the coil or spark plug is bad.
