Hello! Just got a diagnostic done on my 2000 Jeep Sahara because my check engine light keeps coming on and then goes off. It has random/multiple cylinder misfires. Is this really bad to have so many misfires? I already had quite a lot of work done on it and I do know that it had new coil rack put in it, if that's what you call it. I'm not a mechanic but I think that's what the mechanic had called it. Just wondering if I should put even more money into it or it's really time to sell it... :(

HI there

Sometimes you will get all these misfires from other issues, low fuel pressure, maybe more bad coil packs as well. The only way to be sure if you should sell it or not is to have a compression test done. If the compression is low, then it's probably a good idea to let it go.
