I replaced the timing chain guids put the timing cover back on and i turns over but no start

It is on a Nissan quest 3.5 I had to replace the ING solinod fuse and giving a code of u1001

Was the ignition fuse open? what the ignition fuse power is the ECM relay. If the ignition fuse was open you would need to replace the ECM relayu
