got codes p0113 and codes p1615 on nissian Altima 2005 it turns over but will not start

Changed the spark plugs and theromastat in nissian Altima 2005 also head gasket the car will turn over like its going to start but does not fire up. codes read p1615 and p0113

The car is not starting because it does not recognize the key chip. The key may need to be programmed again, worst case the ECM might be bad.
