What could be the problem when p0301 and p0171 codes pop up on a 2010 dodge avenger

My 2010 dodge avenger has two codes popping up that's making it run really rough. one is that my cylinder 1 is misfiring and 2 is the p0171 code I have done a tune up and replaced the spark plugs and replaced the coil pack for cylinder 1 but it's still not getting power to it at all what else do I need to look at next

Mechanical condition has to be ruled out. with this year engine a misfire condition does not set a P0171 , The engine computer already knows that misfire will set a lean code. This is where a mechanical condition has to be furthered inspected. A code that set a misfire with a lean code this is where compression has to be ruled out, Has the engine overheated is there any coolant loss. these are the mechanical condition.
