I have a2004 Volvo s-40 and it has all those codes lately. I had timing chain done, plugs replaced, and still it wants to cut off at a red light. That it it shakes violently, idled very poor like it's about to cut off. It takes a few tires to finally get it started in morning. I livein the south. It has 80k miles.
