My codes are p0300,p0301,p0316 and p0355 any ideas on what could be the problem

I have a 2004 Ford Thunderbird and it's throwing 4 codes(p0300/p0301/p0316/p0355)
The car is missing. Any suggestions on where I should start I have replace 2 Coils already and plugs and wires have been check.

Vehicle: 2004 Ford Thunderbird 3.9
