Question

have 2000 ford explorer AWD,abs light is on soon as you turn key. put it in drive get up till about 20-30 mph and feels like brakes are being applied. code I get are c1155,c1233,c1237

Looks like the left front wheel ABS speed sensor and the rear sensor are not working properly or are damage.
