This code there a list a causes for,it  in the transmission, from low transmission fluid, to failed shift solenoid, The main cause for this code is the seal at the torque convertor its worn. Unless you want to replace the transmission being a 2002 change the transmission filter and fluid. Use a transmission additive. that the fix.
