P0118 ECT (engine coolant temperature sensor) voltage too high

P0123 Throttle position sensor voltage too high

Check fuse 12 which is the ASD relay which supplies voltage to the ignition coil, Anytime you get voltage too high ,you are dealing with a disconnection so the ignition coil also has to be inspected for harness disconnection
