Will a bad vias s v circuit cause car to vibrate

Question

Already had coil pacs and plugs changed. That's what computer said was bad. Vias s v circuit came up this time. Engine light wasn't on when this came up but does flicker periodically. Light was on when coil pac and plugs came up

This will usually cause a lack of power under acceleration, as for the vibration it's not common. If you had misfires however it's possible there is something going on with the catalytic converters. Raw gas into the converters can damage them
