Will my car breakdown on me while my vias solenoid needs to be repaired?

Will this car problem leave me on the side of the road? I'm looking for someone to fix it meanwhile I still need to get to work. Also what would an average price be to get it repaired. Is it a waste of one's money to buy used parts?

Before you proceed with the VIAS solenoid, check the charging system , at idle the charging system should be 14.5 running , These codes have been seen when the when there is a overcharging condition
