What physical symptoms would exist?

I have 2010 Expedition with the easy fill system, and P1450 keeps coming up.  Also get low idle and stalling.  even died at red light.  that is only code we get.  is this normal?

P1450 Unable to bled up fuel tank vacuum

This would not  be able cause the low idle. the ECM see the EVAP having a restriction. unless the purge valve being stuck open. but even then you would set a evap code for a purge valve being open .Having  a 5.4 that would not  be enough to cause a low idle and stalling, When you pull a code for a Ford it requires a KOEO (Key on engine off ) test and KOER (key on engine running ) . This would be the best way to pin point the problem,
