Kia Soul 2010 Codes P0011 and P0012

Question

Might anyone experienced with the Soul be able to help with my check engine light with P0011 and P0012 codes??

2010 1.6 L 5 Speed

Have replaced the oil filter with Kia OEM, and the oil control valve, again Kia OEM as per advice from Kia dealership--

Any clues whatsoever as to what I might attempt to do to get this light cleared??

Any input or ideas for a remedy would be greatly appreciated!!

P0011 Camshaft position timing over advanced Bank 1

P0012 Camshaft position timing over retarded

The oil control valve are controlled by the ECM.  which the oil control valve control the variable valve timing actuator with both of  these code condition, there is no other way, either the problem is with , the variable timing actuator or the ECM. The way to resolve this is you need the  signal wave form from a labscope, along with the OCV data.
