What can cause cylinder 3 misfire code to be thrown after work to fix it?

I am working on a 2012 jeep patriot and it threw code for cylinder 3 misfire and I replaced the plugs and the coil pack on 3 and it stopped but is now back to doing the same thing . Could really use some ideas on what it could be
