#6 Cylinder shows a misfire and then the compression test shows 15 psi. how can this be fixed?

This is going to require that the engine be torn down to determine the cause. This is either bad compression rings, a bad valve or scarring on the cylinder wall to give such low compression. The engine or at least that cylinder is going to require a rebuild to solve the low compression.
