P0441 Evaporative emission incorrect purge flow

Yes this is all related, The P0441 if the airfilter to throttle body air duct if it is  broken , the purge is not going to work properly, that  or the purge hose being disconnected, ( this code is commonly seen after airfilter change and the hose not reconnected) P1354 this code you will have improper valve timing, so you can expect a rough idle . Its to your advantage you replace both OCV (oil control valve) When this code set it due to internal wear and it is not uncommon for the head of the OCV to break leaving you with pieces inside the block, Simple solution get a magnetic probe, remove the inside there a spring and a bearing, Get a wood screw (about the thickness of your pinky or thinner) tap it in, use a bock of wood and  angle prybar or screwdriver and leverage out.
