P1374 Buick - No one has yet to figure this out

Question

My 1996 Buick century 3.1 has had this code for a year now. I have replaced the crank sensor, harmonic balancer, cam sensor, and ignition control module. I am still having issues. The main problem that I have is that if I were to just turn the car on and go with out it idling for about five minutes the car will reach 40mph and stall almost as if its running out of gas. Sometimes it will restart other times I have to disconnect the battery to clear the computer before it will start again. What could possibly be wrong?
