Hello, pls can anyone help. Coming back from work three weeks ago my radiator got bursted why on motion, i never notice any rise in temperature. Next day i replace with double cells and till today i experience serious over heating. I have also replace radiator cap, fan clutch twice, flash radiator, no leakage anywhere, thermostat already remove 2yrs ago, and i notice radiator coolant dryes up completely whenever i park weather it over heat or not. I dont really know what to do any more. Someone said is electrical issue, pls can electrical issue cause over heating?
I really need help urgently. What else can i do. Pls help.

When the vehicle is at idle there is a overflow tank for the radiator , does that area there fill up? The radiator cap if it is not properly functional will cause fluid to enter that area, This type of engine once it overheats you loose coolant into the combustion chamber of the cylinder head. These head gasket blows 2 ways the radiator is over pressurized due to combustion gases going into the radiator, Or there is coolant loss out the exhaust system.

Thank you very much for the response, yes there is fluild in the overflow tank between the minimum and maximum level but when it overheat the fluid from the radiator goes to the overflow tank and fill it up? I have change the radiator cap already. Yes i see white smoke from the exhaust.

You have a headgasket, , when a headgasket blows there is a possibility you can you a headgasket sealant , if the upper radiator hose is not over pressurized it will work, if over pressurized it will not work.
