I have hard time starting with p0021 code on my 2005 Nissan Maxima

This code is for the variable timing control on bank 2. Many times this issue is the result of low engine oil. It can also be caused by a faulty cam sensor on bank 2. It can also indicate and actual mechanical issue with the timing on the engine.
