CO21 AND CO215 require immediate fix or wait until warning light stays on?

Warning Light periodically comes on and goes right off. Dealership said replace now. 2nd opinion mechanic said wait until light stays on constant. What is your opinion?

This has to be up to you, and the condition of  traffic, When a ABS system detects a fault , it disables the ABS system , so you have standard braking and the light stays on. solid , It should not come on the turn off on its own. There a saying , the job that you have is dependant on the vehicle you drive,
