Codes P0700 and P0701. Does this need immediate attention or can it wait. About how much will it cost to fix?

The P0701 code is not in the service manual on this vehicle. The P0700 code is an information only code. Basically, the transmission control module has requested the check engine light to come on. This is because there is a code stored in the TCM. You will need a scan tool that can communicate with the TCM to pull a code and know where to start the diagnosis.
