Honda Ridgeline P0134, error code

Question

The VTM-4 and Engine lights come on.  I checked the code and got P0134.  I replaced the Bank 1, sensor 1 O2 sensor. I still get the same code. What do I do next?

P0134 Rear A / F sensor (bank 1 Sensor 1) heater system malfunction

This code becomes a easy code if there is a P0154  that sets with it, at the under dash relay fuse box, there is a A/F sensor relay, replace that relay and hopefully that would solve for this code that set, and this is a suggested replacement when a P0134 or P0154 occurs with either a Honda or Toyota,
