I am getting a P0134 code on the obdII scanner on my Honda Accord Sedan 2004. The vehicle is not running and giving me this code. Why?

HI there

If you clear the code, then turn the engine off, and the key back on, if the sensor wiring isn't any good then you will get the code right away. The computer sees the issue. This particular code is for the heater circuit. As soon as you turn the key on voltage is sent to the front O2 sensor, then returned to the computer. If the heater element in the sensor is broken the computer will see it and set the check engine light. Here is some more info to help in the repair of the code.
