I have merceds e320 with p0103 a,p0104 and p0300

the engine shaking with no power and I have check engine electronics error on dash board what is going on please help

You have 2 code both for the MAF sensor , This type of MAF sensor is known as the Hot Film Mass air flow sensor, When it goes bad there is no power , misfire and stall at idle, Provided that the motor oil level is not overfilled.
