This is where you have to determine who at fault, is it the ignition or the fuel injector, On the ignition coil there is a GN-W wire this is battery voltage, all five cylinder should have the battery voltage , during engine on, The ignition pulse comes from the ECM this gives a ground signal, The fuel injector you have one side that is battery voltage and the other is signal ground from the ECM. Even if you change the fuel injector and the ignition coil this is provided that there is power and signal going to the fuel injector and ignition coil
