how do i test the spider fuel injector number 5?

how do i test the spider fuel injector number 5? the engine have a misfire at idle and the engine service light is on and the DTC is PO1O5 what i need to do to fix the misfire? i check for spark it is okay i switch number 3 and 5 spark plug that didn't help.

Vehicle: 1996 chevrolet silverado 1500 5.7L
