i have a 2004 ford f150 5.4 l check eng. light is on cylinder #7 circut is open what could  i do to fix it.

code is p0207

Most of the time the fuel injector is the cause of the code. It can also be an issue with the wiring to the sensor as well. Here is some more info on the code for you.
