I'm getting code p0740 and p0730 on my Acura 2003 CL Type S what's wrong with it

My check engine light is on and my VSA light and my VSA light is on along with the check engine light on my 2003 Acura CL Type S and when the engine warms up after driving the engine warms up in the transmission warms up and then the transmission stops working and the RPMs Rev but don't engage in gear until I turn it off let it cool down for a minute and then turn back on

This condition is the transmission internal mechanical condition the only fix here is replace the transmission, you can replace the solenoid A / B , if the problem persist the transmission would need to be replaced
