Honda dealer said it means new transmission but another transmission shop said it was due to dirty transmission fluid. Car is running good with no problem and check engine light is off so far after transmission fluid was flushed and replaced. Do I just wait and see what happens?

Yes, you should wait. It's possible that a transmission component was sticking, but since you change the transmission fluid the component will start working as it should again.

Thank you for your answer. Just disappointed why the dealer didn't consider that option (flushing) and just offered me a trade in. So glad I didn't bite.
