could aftermarket security system cause P0303 and P0894 codes

driving at 60 mph and felt loss of power then motor reved up felt like trani slipping then loss of power and then power back.

As long as there is a misfire condition the TCC will not engage, this is what you are feeling , when the TCC engages and disengage, As for the misfire being caused by a aftermarket alarm, yes it can but you would set more than one cylinder misfire condition. it would set a P0300, and again faulty 02 sensor that work on one side of the bank and not the other can cause a misfire , or injector not operating. to a faulty ignition coil
