HI there,

The battery voltage is supplied from the PCM, if there isn't any voltage then check for a broken light green wire to the sensor, also, check the red wire going to the cam sensor. If you don't have power to either, then it's a safe assumption the computer needs replacing. Otherwise repair the damaged wire and it should resolve the problem.
