What does the code P1446 mean?

I have a 1998 Honda Civic and the check engine light turned on.which Autozone told me it was the gas cap and tightened it. The light went out. Two weeks later the light has come back on. I tried tightening the cap with no luck. The next place I went to turned off the light manually and told me it was P1446 and I needed to call the dealership.
