What problem can the code po463 and p1446 cause?

Question

it is possible that the code PO463 in nissan pathfinder 2005 produces the engine shutdown without being able to start again, as if it were a power cut and the fuel pump works, it also has the code p1446, what could the fault be?

Hi there,

P0463 is a fuel level sensor circuit issue but normally will not cause a shutdown. That being said, it may be the truck is out of fuel and the sensor isn't showing as empty. Here is some more info regarding this code.
