Code P0037 and VSC light on together any significance?

Question

Saw some references online about air lines around air filter possibly being off.  Checked none seen on filter end.  Still need to remove top engine cover to check other ends.
Car has around 120K miles

P0037 Oxygen sensor heater control circuit low Bank 1 Sensor 2

Sensor 2 are the catalytic monitor sensor , which is the downstream 02 sensor  the code you have is the heater circuit, the most common cause for this code is the 02 sensor itself.
