p0037 fault on a Toyota Avensis 2004 - where is the faulty part located ?

My car is showing a p0037 fault - where can i find the faulty part and how do i go about repairing it

This code is for the rear O2 sensor heater circuit. Most of the time the sensor is the cause of the issue as the heater circuit in the sensor burns out. Thi is the O2 sensor AFTER the catalytic converter.
