2001:silverado 5.3 l p0300 came out. Change plugs fuel filter fuel pressure regulator maff sensor runs good for 5 to 10 miles them its starts to floods  what can I do

This is where a cylinder balance test would be best to use, or better a leak down test would help pinpoint the cause, what happens with this type of engine is a the cylinder seat between the exhaust and intake develops a hairline crack and this is where a cylinder leak down test would help determine that
