I have a 2006 Toyota Scion and it keeps running hot and is giving off the codes P0300, P0301, and P0303. What are the things that could be wrong with my car?

Hi there,

You could have a jumped timing belt, but it sounds more like you may have a head gasket problem. With multiple cylinders misfiring and the car overheating this usually points to a problem with the head gasket. Leaking coolant into the cylinders. This will cause the misfires because coolant doesn't burn, and also cause the overheating because the car will lose coolant.
