Why isn't horn/claxon not working?

I have a Cadillac Escalade 2000. The problem with it is that the claxon and/or horn does not work. I do not know what is the problem with it. Is there anything that you suggest is causing this? Also the seats of my vehicle don't work. It is the driver's seat. When I try to move the seat either direction it doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks
