Why isnt my car starting?

My car was in an accident in May ran perfectly fine after the accident... That is until someone on the street replaced my driver light fender and bumper.AND SHE WONT START nEVER STARTED BAK UP ...replaced starter n got anotha used battery aNd still doesnt even crank over it does nothing I Even replaced the computer cann some please help I cant afford a shopnright now and hopes its amd EASY FIX..Code U0100

Check the ground , where the bumper was replaced, if it started when the bumper was replaced recheck the step a insufficient ground will cause unusual problem with the engine
