Manifold Tuning Valve control Circuit. What damage is this doing to the car? Is it just affecting gas mileage and performance or not doing any permanent damage so that I can just keep driving it without having it fixed?

P0660 Manifold tuning valve control circuit
When ever the CK ENG LT comes on you are no longer at manufacture specifications and you would loose the performance of what the Chrysler 300 would give, the tuning valve works at wide open throttle. The permanent damage that may occur is the PCM driver would burn open. The reason is if for all solenoid that the PCM operates that power is given constantly it strains its PCM driver this would be a rare condition where is burns its driver but such situation do happen
