i removed the intake to change the plugs after replacing the plugs I reversed the step and installed the manifold everything was running great til I got a p0660 code and as p2135 code. I tried to clear the code and it would not clear. I drove the car for three days and everything was fine til the fourth day when the car died and does not want to turn over. this is a 2007 Chrysler pacifica 4.0 touring model. the car cranks but does not want to start. I cleaned the throttle body and cleaned all connectors with the proper spray cleaner. im at a loss for where I went wrong here, never had an issue with any other car ive worked on just this one

P0660 Manifold tuning valve (MTV) control circuit

P2135 Throttle position sensor 1-2 correlation

These 2 code will not create a no start, Start off with the basic because you where attempting to start the vehicle you may have set these code. Start with the basic check the fuel pressure, You may have a fuel pressure test port that is on the fuel rail, After cranking the vehicle test that port like you would a tire pressure valve to relase air pressure, Fuel should squirt out ( Engine off ) . If not listen for a fuel pump turning on. You will also need to check for spark,

Hi;

Wouldn't be the first time that something was about to fail and you caught it just right.

I agree with the other mech, start from very beginning. You could have a fuel pump relay problem.

If you have gas, then check for spark. You could also just try to start with accelerator to floor as when an engine has flooded.

Good luck.
