P0660 MAZDA - what exactly is going on for it to throw this code?

2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protege is throwing this code and noone at the parts store can tell me what it is and I\\'m not really finding anything on the internet that tells me what exactly is causing it. Intake Manifold Control Valve is all I\'m finding. What\'s wrong with it and what the hell is it?

This code means the secondary shudder valve is stuck open. This is usually a problem with the SSV solenoid. Here is some more info for you.
