My 2003 Chrysler town and country found wiring harness melted taped up bare wires now don't run at all and a lot of codes coming up like p0128 p0700 p0107 p0108 p0106 p0420 0135

P0128 Coolant thermostat malfunction

P0700 Transmission fault detected MIL light requested

P0107 MAP sensor voltage too low

P0108 MAP sensor voltage too high

P0106 Barametric pressure out of range

P0135 Bank 1 Sensor 1 02 sensor heater circuit failure

P0420 Catalytic below threshold Bank 1

Majority of the code that is set is the MAP sensor , until the wiring that cause the short to the MAP sensor is resolved you not going to be able to start, just having the MAP sensor wire bare you affect the 5 volts reference that is given to other sensor such as the TPS sensor and the crank sensor,

​Where the MAP sensor ground from ECM this also goes to the CKP and TPS listed as S121
