You are using mode 6. TID $19 02 heater Bank1 sensor 1

TID $ 53 Purge monitor (for EVAP)

TID $ 11 02 sensor Bank 1 sensor 1 half cycle monitor.

These are just monitor to get the emission to the ready they  should  show a Min and a Max value ,depending on the scan tool you use.This does not explain why you had a rough stumble on a entrance ramp, use the scan tool and check pending codes. Also have the transmission fluid checked and its condition.
