Truck acts like its over heating but isn't, changed the cylinder head temp sensor but its still doing it and causing the truck to go into fail safe mode, what do I do

The operation of the clutch cooling fan should be looked into , when the engine is cold the clutch cooling fan has little resistance as it is spun (engine off) when the engine is warmed up, there should be resistance with the engine off , is there is little to no resistance with the engine warmed up the clutch fan is faulty
