On my 2001 Ford F150 I replaced the Cylinder Head Temperature sensor, idles rough, why?

Replaced the Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) sensor and the idle is rough and wants to quit. MAF sensor makes a strange noise. Check engine light is off.

The intake manifold went on correctly, it very advisable to check the sparkplug for any overheated condition

Here the electrode melted, unfortunately, the electrode tip caused valve damage, which you can hear thru intake
