I have P0300 and P2A00 codes on my 2009 Infiniti G37 Sport. Please help.

I felt my exhaust was sounding little different than normal and later in a couple of days, the service engine light turned on. The codes returned were P0300 and P2A00. I'm not sure how to fix the issues. Is it a serious problem? Please help.
