Fault code p2711

Question

Driving home in vw golf mk6 with dsg, the display saying d1,2,3,4,5 or 6 went blank and I lost all power, turned it off and back on and it was ok for 1 minute, then still no display it seemed like it was in 1st or 2nd revving but not changing up. Tried again after turning off and back on but will not go above d3, this car had a new clutch pack about a month ago

This code is for an unexpected mechanical gear malfunction. It's possible it's low on transmission fluid or there is a mechanical issue with the transmission
