P0300 Random misfire

Yes d gas can cause a P0300 , but it can be corrected by refueling with fresh gas provided you have no water in the fuel. What also can cause the CK ENG LT to turn off at 2000 RPM is the TPS sensor. It important you check for any codes that may be set,
